Andrew Clifton is the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of SIGTTO (The
Society of International Gas Tanker & Terminal Operators Ltd), he has over 30 years
experience in the liquefied gas shipping industry. This includes 19 years at sea,
three years as master, mainly on liquefied gas carriers, a first class honours degree
in shipping operations and shore managerial experience over the last 12 years. The
latter includes three years working at the UK’s Marine Accident Investigation Branch
(MAIB), marine superintendent with Golar LNG, almost two years in the SIGTTO
Secretariat as a Technical Adviser and over five years in Indonesia with BP as LNG
Shipping manager for the Tangguh LNG project.
Andrew was also the SIGTTO Panel chairman from October 2008 until becoming
Andrew Clifton is the eighth SIGTTO General Manager. He is also the youngest
General Manager and the first General Manager who was formerly a Technical
Adviser at the Society.

Akira Miyamoto is an Executive Researcher of Osaka Gas Co., Ltd., with more than thirty years of experience in researching international energy markets. Currently as a member of Energy Resources and International Business Unit of the company, which covers LNG procurement and international energy business from upstream to downstream, he leads research works for the unit and other departments of Osaka Gas.

Mr. Meyer has twenty-five years’ experience in strategy and business development, having worked with international entities on multi-disciplined projects across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and North America. As Founder of Texas LNG, Mr. Meyer is experienced in all facets of LNG project development including commercial, regulatory, and technical.
Previously Mr. Meyer served in executive roles with the Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone Authority (UAE), Majid Al Futtaim Group (UAE), Samsung Engineering (Korea), the Samsung Group Office of the Chairman (Korea), and major financial institutions including ABN AMRO Bank (The Netherlands & France) and Hypo Bank (Germany & USA).
Mr. Meyer has resided in the UK, France, Mexico, Malta, Saudi Arabia, USA, Germany, The Netherlands, Korea, and the UAE. He is a graduate of Stanford University (BA Economics), INSEAD (MBA), and is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Charter holder. As an athlete Mr. Meyer competed for the England National and Stanford University basketball teams in games and tournaments worldwide.

Aditya Aggarwal is Director of Global Gas Solutions for ABS, responsible for developing new opportunities and providing advisory and project development support on gas projects. Aggarwal also manages market penetration in the gas sector.
Aggarwal has 16 years of experience in the maritime industry and is involved with vessel designs that use LNG as fuel, LNG bunkering projects, potential FLNG/FSRU projects and VLECs.
Aggarwal holds a diploma in marine engineering from Singapore Polytechnic, a bachelor’s and master’s degree in naval architecture and marine engineering from the University of New Orleans, and an MBA from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School.

Fluor Senior Fellow, Global Director, Corporate Welding Services, Fluor Corporation
Mike Lang is a Senior Fluor Fellow in Self Perform Construction and Welding. Also, Global
Director of Corporate Welding Services with Fluor Construction based in Houston Texas.
He provides global welding support across all business lines serving the home offices, projects,
and fabrication facilities. His background as a Project Manager/ Superintendent, Educator,
AWS/CWI/CWE, and 30+ years United Association Pipefitter/Welder gives him solid ground-up
experience. His advice and implementation of more efficient welding processes such as semi-
automatic and orbital welding have consistently delivers increased safety, quality, and value.
He also has over 28 years of industry standards committee involvement with AWS D10
(Chairman), D18, and the AWS Technical Activities Committee (TAC). He is also involved with
The Energy Facility Contractors Group (EFCOG) as a task group leader developing a position
paper on subcontractor quality control for welding, and active in the ASME BPVC Committee
Section III, VIII, and IX. He has been published on several occasions on topics from these
committees and a principal or contributing author to many industry publications. Also, very
active speaker in the construction and welding industry.

Jason Feer is the Global Head of Business Intelligence at Poten & Partners. He oversees a global team responsible
for market analysis, industry news and trends, forecasting, publishing and data products.
Prior to joining Poten in 2014, served as COO Americas for Argus Media based in Houston starting 2011, and from
2003 through 2011 as the head of Argus’ Asia Pacific business, where he was responsible for managing all of Argus’
business East of the Suez Canal. In this role, he oversaw the development of new products focused on petroleum,
LNG, LPG, coal, base oils, biofuels and other products.
He was also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with senior executives and government

Amanda C. Duhon
Regional Director, North & Central America, EIC
Ms. Duhon heads the Houston office adding value to EIC members across the
region, by fostering key industry relationships, identifying business opportunities,
both CAPEX and OPEX across upstream, midstream, downstream Oil & Gas, and
Power Nuclear and Renewables, and promoting EIC Members’ interest.
Prior to joining the EIC, Amanda was Director, Business Development North
America with Trade & Investment Queensland, Australia. She played an integral
role in the establishment of the North America office working with senior
management to establish its regional and sector strategy. From 2010 to 2014,
Amanda was Vice Consul (Energy, Environment & Infrastructure with the
Department for International Trade (formally UK Trade & Investment), at the
British Consulate-General Houston. Previous to these roles, Ms. Duhon was a Senior Policy Analyst.
Among her accomplishments, Amanda played an integral role in founding a non-profit microfinance
institution in 2007, focusing on non-traditional forms of lending to small-business entrepreneurs around the
world; now serving on organisation’s Advisory Board, with key industry stakeholders including a Nobel
Laureate. She is a Board Member of the British American Business Council of Houston, an Advisory Board
Member of the Center for International Studies, University of St. Thomas, Houston, the KMC Committee CoChair for the International Society of Mexico Energy, and other industry groups.
